This podcast is dedicated to people who are battling anxiety or panic disorders who are also actively looking for alternative approaches to lifestyle changes that support natural anxiety management as a supplement to therapy and medication. I battled anxiety and panic for over 7 years and it ruined my life. I was desparate for solutions sense 7 years of therapy and medciation weren't working. After being frustrated with the progress and the new of the arrival of my first child, I engaged in a 4 year expermentation period where I was abel to successfully recover from anxiety and panic and retake control of my life. I share my personal experiences with anxiety and the methods I created for myself to help men learn about alternative approaches they could utilize in their own journey.
